Sandrine Romainville

Sandrine Romainville has a background in both engineering and actuarial science. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Applied Mathematics from the Catholic University of Louvain, and later pursued a specialized degree in Actuarial Science at the same university, which she completed while working. Her diverse educational background has equipped her with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. At Atradius, Sandrine developed predictive models related to fraud and probability of default, worked on the finalization of datamarts and data structures under IFRS 17, and collaborated closely with business teams to integrate data insights. Previously, at AG Insurance, she played a key role in implementing automated methods under Solvency II and worked as a functional analyst in development projects for the financial sector. Her combination of engineering expertise and actuarial knowledge has allowed her to gain a well-rounded experience in risk management, Solvency II, modelling, and reporting automation.
